Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, business, organizational development or related field and five years of experience working with performance management, learning and development or talent management applications. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
Three years experience using and managing integrated talent management systems
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and the application of SAAS technology in support of enterprise talent management
Experience managing complex projects with accountability to outcomes and deadlines
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office; experience using macros, complicated formulas and pivot tables
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
