Providence is calling a Emergency Nursing Technician (Per Diem/Variable shift) to Providence Saint John's Health Center Santa Monica, CA.
In this position you will:
Demonstrate teamwork and initiative by cooperating and interacting with physicians, physician assistants, interdepartmental staff, patients and families to maintain communication resulting in positive patient outcomes.
Maintains productivity by establishing priorities and practicing cost effective methods in the delivery of care and performing assigned duties.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Knowledgeable in general medical terminology.
Computer literate with word processor skills.
Able to type at least 60 wpm.
Experience using EKG machines and EKG monitors.
Experience using pneumatic tube system.
Experience using gurneys and restraints.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
High school diploma.
Two years previous experience.
