CCT NICU to provide personal individualized monitoring to patients requiring close observation. A Clinical Care Technician (CCT) is responsible and accountable for assisting the RN in patient care. A CCT also assists with gathering information, which assists the RN in the implementation of patient care. Essential Job Duties:
Assist RN in providing care for patients of all ages.
Collaborates with the patient's designated care partner and RN to meet the educational, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of the patient.
Clerical support for team members
Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to ensure patients well-being.
Demonstrate Service Excellence Standards at all times.
EKG and phlebotomy skills recommended.
Willingness to support equipment maintenance within department.
