This position serves as a knowledge and resource expert for Patient Access Facilitators. Lead Patient Access Facilitator is responsible for assisting with the supervision of staff and supporting management with various functions related to a patient registration actives including patient reception, face to face registration, insurance verification, financial counseling, cash collections, chart reconciliation and patient discharge. Lead Patient Access Facilitator must demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of the registration process and ensures that the team completes the work in a timely fashion. They will provide support to an organizational culture that lends the highest degree of service excellence standards to all customer groups.
