Screens Gynecological and Non-gynecological specimens for the detection of malignancy, pre malignant conditions, atypias and inflammatory conditions. Performs all related documentation tasks. Performs tasks done by Cyto Prep assistant in his/her absence. Assumes the responsibility for supervision of Cyto Prep Assistant in the absence of the Cytology Supervisor.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of Cytotechnology. Certified in Cytotechnology by an agency approved by the HHS.
Minimum starting rate: $25.30/hour plus experience
