Lead Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
Provides administrative and clinical leadership for Advance Practice Nurses and Physician Assistants for Critical Care and Cardiovascular Services.Â Â Plan, coordinate, and manage personnel and resources in order to provide the highest quality of patient care with trained, professional and competent APN staff.Â Collaborates with physicians and other health care disciplines to assure optimal patient care outcomes on a 24 hour basis within the clinical area.Â Â Credentialed according to the medical staff regulations of the GWU hospital and will be under the supervision of an appropriately credentialed CT Surgery attending physician.
