Newly created positions as Patient Care Technician in our Critical Care Units.
The Patient Care Technician is a care giver who assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients under the supervision of the registered professional nurse. The technician will also support some of the phlebotomy and EKG needs of the patient in conjunction with the hospital team.
Requirements: High School diploma, or equivalent. Previous nursing assistant experience, EKG and/or Phlebotomy experience preferred.
Scheduling requirements: Part-time is 2 – 12 hour shifts per week. Employees are required to work every other weekend and maintain holiday commitments. Night shift is 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
Starting wages: $13.70 per hour with credit for experience.
