This nurse will be an integral part of the nursing leadership team. As a multidisciplinary communicator, they will be the physician liaison, they will maintain adequate support for the staff, and act as a resource. The right person for this role will work in coordination with the Clinical Director to ensure that the patient receives quality patient-centered care. This person must possess the abilities to critically think and make decisions based on data-driven results.
Graduate of a Registered Nursing program, Bachelor Degree preferred
Excellent customer service, negotiation and communication skills
Minimum of 1-3 years' of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
Minimum of 1 year of healthcare supervisory experience
RN license in good standing in state of employment or a compact state , if applicable
