3 West Medical/Surgical and Telemetry is a 31 bed observation unit with combined private and semiprivate rooms.
RN 3 West Medical/Surgical and Telemetry
A 3 West nurse is equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive care for adult patients with a Medical Surgical, Neurological and Telemetry diagnoses.
Follow Core measure metrics to include VTE, Acute MI, CHF, SCIP and Stroke
Constructs and implements the plan of care using nursing knowledge and skill.
Collaborates with the patient's designated care partner/coach to meet the educational, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of the patient.
Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to ensure safe and quality patient care.
Demonstrate Service Excellence Standards at all times.
