POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Cardiac Services supervises, coordinates and participates in the activities of the Cardiac Services department. Assures high quality, safe and cost effective services are provided to CPH patients by an engaged group of community and hospital-based physicians and staff through the implementation of efficient patient process management, service integration, hiring, retention and develop of staff, capital planning and new program development.
REQUIREMENTS: The incumbent for this position may be a Radiographer, Registered Nurse or Cardiovascular Technologist. This position requires current BLSP and ACLS certification in addition to the requirements below.
RT: Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology with Advanced Level Cardiac Interventional Radiography
RT: Registry with ARRT
