THIS IS A PRN POSITION REQUIRED TO WORK NO LESS THAN 8 SHIFT PER MONTH AT $45 HOURLY
This position will place Float Pool RNï¿½s based on needs of facility and specialty areas of experienced Float Pool Nurse. You must be able to float within facilities and/or between all 5 Hospitals. Must be able to cover at least 8 shifts within a months period to include 2 weekend shifts. We are a dedicated group of Professional Nurses that make a difference every day.
The Regional Float Pool (RFP) is a mechanism for flexible staffing within the Departments of Nursing at The Hospitals of Providence (Childrenï¿½s Hospital, Transmountain Campus, Memorial Campus, Sierra Campus and East Campus), and includes a resource pool of qualified Registered Nurses. The RN Resource pool will provide an on-going pool of qualified staff to our network facilities, offer flexible and multiple scheduling options. RFP staff will be assigned by Nursing Administration and to a specific unit. RFP is not department specific; therefore, the RFP staff will float out first, in accordance with the Float Policy.
Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree)
Required: 2 YRS EXPERIENCE. Must be currently RN licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. CPR
