The Exercise Physiologist plans, delivers and evaluates patient care to designated participants in the Cardiopulmonary Rehab program under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Manager and/or Director. The Exercise Physiologist works with team members to improve customer satisfaction and maximize results within the department and functions as a team leader and facilitator providing communications with other health team members in the Cardiopulmonary Rehab department, as well as, performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Required: Bachelors degree in Eexercise Science and Health & Motion
Preferred: Master's degree in Exercise Science
Experience 1-2 years in Adult Exercise Physiology or strong Cardiopulmonary Intership.
Required: American Heart AssociationBLS at hire, and ACLS within 6 months of hire. ACSM Exercise Test Technologist or ACSM Clinical Exercise Specialist within one year of hire.
