Seeking an 8th BC/BE pediatric intensivist to join our team at Sutter Memorial Hospital in Sacramento, California.
The 20-bed PICU has an average daily census of 16
There is a busy cardiovascular heart program with 160 - 180 pediatric cases, including neonatal, per year
In addition to full pediatric subspecialty support, the PICU offers ECMO, conventional and high frequency, (oscillator, Jet and VDR), ventilation and iNO
The 45-bed pediatric ward is covered by our pediatric hospitalists 24/7
The ideal candidate will have training in both cardiac and ECMO
Teaching opportunities are available with family practice residents and medical students
