provide thorough pacemaker and automatic implantable cardiac defibrillator (AICD) interrogation and re-programming of cardiac device equipment in person, remotely and via phone transmission. You will be responsible for initial device analysis, preliminary report generation and alerting physician or non-physician practitioner to urgent issues requiring further attention.
Experience reviewing and managing remote device transmissions; experience as a Certified Medical Assistant or Exercise Physiologist analyzing and reprogramming implanted cardiac devices (PPM/AICD) would be considered
International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners device exam (IBHRE) or Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS) from a recognized device training school preferred
BLS certification a plus
