Carle Physician Group is seeking an additional BE/BC Pediatrician to join our location in Danville, IL.
Practice Details Include:
100% outpatient position; no inpatient responsibilities
No nursery responsibilities
Patients requiring admission will be managed by the Pediatric Hospitalists and Intensivists
Call is mostly managed by Patient Advisory, which is made up of a team of experienced nurses that manage parent calls off of evidence based protocols
Location site has 1 general Pediatrician and 2 Nurse Practitioners
Call coverage for vacation and CME
Pediatric subspecialty support includes: Critical Care, Neurology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Developmental-Behavioral, Genetics, Hematology/Oncology, Pediatric Surgery, Pediatric Cardiology, and Level III Perinatal Services. This is all located at Carle in Champaign-Urbana.
Catchment area is 138,000
Danville is home to over 30,000 residents and is located 1 hour from Indianapolis and 2 hours from Chicago
