Reporting to the Director of Cardiopulmonary Services with clinical oversight by the Lead Echo Tech, this position performs cardiac diagnostic procedures including Echocardiograms, Trans-Esophageal Echos and Stress Echos in adult and Neonatal patients. Ensures high quality tests are performed, reports are properly forwarded into physician reading station and charges are done on a daily basis.
High school diploma. Graduation from an accredited school of Ultrasound or Echocardiography. R.D.M.S. or R.D.C.S. or registry eligible.
Must have a BLS CPR Card. Required Work Related Experience: One to two years in geriatric, adult, adolescent, children, infant, neonatal, and TEE Echocardiography.
