Responsible for direction of patient care activities in the Emergency Department.Manages staff in the Emergency Department, provides management of operational and nursing activities. Consults with staff, physicians and the Nurse Executive on nursing problems and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met
ï¿½ Current Registered Nurse license within the state of practice. ï¿½ Current BLS & ACLS Certification at time of hire. ï¿½ PALS within 6 months of hire. ï¿½ CPI within 30 days of hire
ï¿½ ED experience, management/Charge RN experience preferred ï¿½ Basic computer knowledge. ï¿½ Proficient in interpreting EKG.
