This is a developmental program for graduate nurses who want to develop multiple and varied clinical skills in multiple nursing specialties. This position requires participation in a guided training and developmental program. As a clinician, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care. You will specifically, assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients. You will also assume responsibility for the supervision of staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated. The position reports to the TRA Market Clinical Manager as well as the facility/hospital nursing leaders based on home unit.
