Summary

This is a developmental program for graduate nurses who want to develop multiple and varied clinical skills in multiple nursing specialties.
This position requires participation in a guided training and developmental program.

Responsibilities

• Will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care.
• Will specifically, assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients.
• Will also assume responsibility for the supervision of staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated.
• The position reports to the TRA Market Clinical Manager as well as the facility nursing leaders based on assignment.

Education

Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (BSN or higher)

Certifications

Required: Must pass NCLEX by start date
