The Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse / RN who reports directly to the Director and administers an assigned nursing program with responsibility for planning, selecting, and devising methods and procedures to be used for directing nursing and other personnel in the accomplishment of designated goals.

Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse / RN Directly coordinate and manage the nursing staff consisting of ANMs, RNs, LPNs, PCTs, Us. Ensures forward movements of patient flow throughout unit and maintains a safe environment for the patients and staff.
