JOB SUMMARY The Member Services Representative facilitates member satisfaction by proactively visiting with guests at the Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center to ensure their needs are being met. The Member Services Representative provides a high level of personalized attention to members through personal service, conversation and consistent level of professionalism and uses effective conversation to help the member achieve their personal goals and feel safe/comfortable using the facility.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS The ideal candidate for the Member Services Representative role will be able to use problem solving and conflict resolution techniques in order to resolve member complaints and address concerns. Must be fluent in English, bilingual a plus.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - NON RQI AHA BLS (BLSNRQI), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitate (CPR), CPR/AED American Red Cross (CPREAD), Heartsaver CPR AED (HSAED): Must have BLS or CPR Must have one of the following: -- Basic Life Support (BLS) -- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) -- Heartsaver AED (HSAED) -- CPR/AED through American Red Cross.
