The Long Term Care nurse in the Community Living Center (CLC), provides specialized care for residents admitted in the CLC setting. The nurse is accountable for promoting patient safety, continuity/quality of care and general well-being of the patient. The nurse collaborates with physicians and ancillary services to provide this care. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
