The Memorial Cardiac and Vascular Institute, part of Memorial Healthcare System in South Florida, is seeking a Board Certified vascular surgeon to join its established group of vascular surgeons. All candidates should have strong clinical skills and demonstrated proficiency with the latest vascular and endovascular surgical techniques including minimally invasive surgery. The successful candidate will work primarily in a dedicated clinical area(s), as well as fulfill general vascular surgery duties and coverage as needed.

This is a full-time employed position with the Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Division, part of the multispecialty Memorial Physician Group. In addition to a large general cardiology practice, the MCVI includes all relevant subspecialties including electrophysiology, preventative and interventional cardiology, vascular, congenital heart disease, imaging and genetics. The cardiothoracic surgical program has also earned and maintained the distinguished three-star rating from the Society of Thoracic Surgeons. Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, a 232-bed freestanding facility and part of the Memorial Healthcare System, has an established and highly recognized pediatric heart transplant program. The MCVI performed the first adult heart transplant in Broward county and has an active VAD and Adult Heart Transplant program since 2014. Memorial has the first accredited adult congenital heart program in the State of Florida and is the only ELSO Gold designated ECMO program in South Florida.
