New Graduate Registered Nurse- Transition to Practice Nurse Residency Program
The Registered Nurse Transition to Practice Residency Program is designed to assist the new graduate RN with less than one year of experience in the transition from entry-level to competent professional RN. Delivers fundamental, knowledge-based care to assigned patients while developing technical competencies. Area of assignment will vary. This posting is for new graduate RN's only.
