Job Description The Paralegal in the Claims Department supports the management of professional liability and general liability. Responsibilities include organizing medical records, obtaining, preparing and reviewing claim documents, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate claim files. The paralegal collaborates with claims managers, risk management, outside counsel, and clinical staff to ensure efficient investigation and resolution of claims.
