The largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, RWJBarnabas Health, and Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center (CBMC) are seeking a full-time Hospitalist Nocturnist to join a team of experienced Intensivists in a closed ICU practice in Livingston, New Jersey.
Designed to support the growing demand for services in Northern New Jersey, this role allows for tremendous career growth opportunities. CBMC offers a wide array of services including robust Cardiac Care and Neurosurgery programs. Ideal candidates will be eager to join a multidisciplinary team, and be comfortable working in a team environment.
Located in an ideal area of NJ, this opportunity allows for an easy commute into New York City. It is also a short drive to the famous Jersey Shore beaches and boardwalks. · Care provided in an exclusively inpatient setting (16-bed adult medical, surgical and neurosurgical ICU), multidisciplinary, collaborative ICU model
· Well-versed in critical care procedures
· Opportunity and expectation to teach fellows, residents and students
· Duties are split between clinical, teaching, and research responsibilities
· 7 pm – 730 am one week on/one week off
· Board-certified/Board-eligible in Internal Medicine
· NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ
· A team player comfortable working in collaborative efforts with other physicians
· Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
